You will lie on my treatment bed, fully clothed (except for the shoes and coat) and I usually have relaxing music playing. 

I will place my hands either lightly on or hold my hands just over specific areas of the head, limbs and torso (this also depends on the preferences of my clients) and while I hold my hands lightly on or over the body, this transfers energy into the body of my client.  

I will maintain the positions until I sense that the energy has stopped flowing, at which time I move onto the next position.  For this reason, the exact times of treatment sessions can vary slightly. 

Sessions can vary in time but usually last 30 and 90 minutes, and the number of sessions will vary, depending on what a client wishes to accomplish.

Some people “see”, during the session, mental pictures or symbols which may be coming or going throughout your treatment

Commonly asked questions

As a client what do I need to do?

Other than remove your shoes – nothing! Hopefully just relax, there’s no test at the end! You do not need to concentrate. If you do not notice any sensations it’s fine, it’s still working!

What should I do afterwards?

Make sure you feel fully alert before driving, operating machinery. Drink plenty of water, as you would after a massage. Try not to rush straight off into our super busy fast paced life! It’s nice to enjoy the relaxation 🙂
